The following criteria for the promotion and support of projects had been worked out:

1. Children and youth assistance projects have priority, as long as they are not promoted by one of the well-known aid-organisations.
2. They have to tackle the subject of diversitiy of religions and religious customs as well as diversity of cultures.
3. The collaboration of S.E.R. Foundation members should be possible.
